Thing isn't even two years old yet. Really?... It feels like it's been SO LONG since it came out.
But still, there was only a three year gap between the PS3's fat/slim models, so, I don't think Aria's too off base there.
PS3 was also a hulking beast that didn't sell for crap out the gate.
But we'll see.
To be honest, the PS4's kinda slim already, I'm not sure how much smaller they could make the thing
The fact they already got the power brick in there is gg, but materials will get cheaper in a few years, and we'll be closer towards full digital so they can drop the disc drive.

The whole reason I didn't get a PS4 is because I was trying to be smart--instead of sinking another hundred on some improved model, wait for the improved model. And it still ain't here.
TGC or next year.

Why would they have guns? The whole point is these humans have no memory of what happened. It happened a long time ago. Long enough for them to not know what happened. They use primitive tools. And can use some things dropped by enemies, so there's that.

leave a gun outside for 10 years and see how well it works for you, and then get back to us on why they wouldn't have guns thousands of years later
Theres fucking machines walking around, you'd think their technology has evolved so that their weapons last. Besides, intact interios are most likely a thing.
People die. Knowledge gets lost. Like you said there's machines walking around. Don't over think it. And there might be guns, just few and far between. We don't know yet.

You can tell they using the Shadow Fall engine. Game looks really good.
Was wary from the concept art and talk of robot dino's. Glad they made them look more machine that dino.
Probably a good thing that they're giving Killzone a break, but still hoping for a Helghast focused game. Seems like GG is definitely better suited to rpgs tho.

Dude I made it a point to say everyghing they presented is every type of game I have no interest in. I don't care for FF7 or whatever number it was. I don't care about shenmue or any of the other games.
No mans sky didn't show much which is Dissapointing, Uncharted looked amazing, batman looked great (already bought the collectors edition), and battlefront looked great.
Half of the games I watched the conference for are multi plat.
It's not me being a fan boy, it's just me flat out not caring for anything they had to show. It was boring to me
This thread is pretty cringe-y m8. Calling Horizon Zero Dawn 'a mess' is just reaching. It may not be your type of game, but recognizing a new unique quality ip when you see it should probably factor into the idea of who had the best showing. Especially when the other side was the same old halogears and backwards compatability... There's also a difference between saying you just don't like the games, and declaring victory before you've seen the conference. Microsoft shit on them last E3, and I can already tell it's happening again.
