What's funny is that Japanese games are really the majority of the market for it. There's hardly any western games and there's hardly any games as well for the thing. The majority of the games are Japanese only. I'm starting to think if the Vita was even intended to lunch outside Japan simply.
That's where it sells best, so it makes sense. It had early support from Ubisoft with AC LIberation. PSP did decent with western devs if I remember right. Vita's problem is that its not selling, so its not worth western devs developing for outside of indies. They've essentially given up supporting it with first party games, so its confirmed weeb machine going forward.

Science isn't mandated to be taught in churches/etc.
Religion should stay out of schools except in relevant history chapters. Otherwise you open the door for scientology classes. There are already places for religion to be taught, and it shouldn't be promoted by the state.
Usually when you have religious conservatives demanding religion in science classes its easy to dissuade them by bringing up islam.

Activision had the same review embargo on destiny that ubi had on unity. Reviewers couldn't get up reviews until long after the general populous did.

It's curious that you two are getting the same message and you're both using Avast; it makes me slightly suspect a super-sensitive false positive going on.
A scan of the site reveals no infections.
Just to be clear: the sandboxed iframe I have encapsulated the advertisement in makes it impossible for it to hijack your browser and redirect the page. I'll submit a report to Sovrn, regardless.
I have received false positives before with avast, but that's mostly been with addons or extensions. I tend to err on side of caution though when it comes to virus/malware/spyware detection. Can't say I'm overly trusting of this new ad setup, and probably won't be adding sep7 to any whitelists for a while. Good to see responsiveness and know its being looked into though.

Edit: Though it making it to avast in the first place may have more to do with ghostery consistently bugging out on me. That and I had my VPN off which is now back on.

Littlebigplanet and Uncharted were fun. Not $300 worth though. Good thing I got mine at a yard sale.
Persona 4 Golden, Gravity Rush, and Killzone: Mercenary were all great imo. At this point though I use it to play the Final Fantasy games while I wait on Gravity Rush 2. The proprietary memory cards really screw'd their chances. But damn that OLED screen is purdy.

Nintendo already dominates the market. No way MS has a counter to Pokemon, Fire Emblem, Smash, LoZ, Animal Crossing etc. So there's nothing to be gained from those consumers.
Vita market (jrpgs + indies mostly) is already too small to be worth while splitting. There really just isn't a demand for portable Halo, Gears, Fable, Forza.

I don't think they've recognized how much they've messed up with destiny. I'm sure the suits are looking at the sales numbers and are going to push out more the same. They'll have to be hit in the wallet before you see major changes.

I think Psy had a similar thread on bnet about Deathnote.
I tend to look at it from a more artistic perspective than a psychological one. Good guys are over done. That story has been told a million times in a million ways. I don't really enjoy black and white stories since that doesn't reflect life well. I enjoy stories that make me question myself, or put me in a position I'm not used to being in.
Its interesting examining the villian, and seeing things from their perspective since I'd never see that perspective in real life. So I find the Empire in Star Wars, Helghast in Killzone, Evil Desmond in inFamous SS, etc. all to be more interesting than their 'good' counterparts.
I'd say this is no more a reflection on the self than violent videogames/movies/music make you violent.
Its a fantasy world and an opportunity to explore areas of morality and thought that you can't irl without harming others.
