Ye I probably have some minor insomnia. Probably hereditary since my dad and his dad never slept well. I've always had a bit of an off sleeping schedule, or even if I have enough sleep always look and feel tired through out the day.
Just can never get my brain to turn off at a proper time, or if I do I wake up way early. Not really a biggie. You adapt.
Normally slowing down your heart rate helps out a lot. Deep breathing exercises all that.

Seriously, if anyone thinks Lightning is a good character, I worry about you. The writers did about as good a job raping her initial FF 13 character as they did with Sonic in the new series.
13-2 and Lightning Returns just killed anything remotely interesting about her, mainly because she becomes some immortal... being or whatever that doesn't even have anything relatable to, which is what makes for a good character.
Never played any of the lightning games. Still waiting on 12 HD remake so I can play that. New FF hasn't grabbed me. Hopefully 15 turns out better, but the cast so far is a sausage fest.

Seriously, she was only decent in 13 and the other two games just made her even worse of a character you could never sympathize with. Thank god that horrible trilogy is over.
