The Flood / Re: CBD Oil

Some vendor accidentally sent me 99% pure CBD isolate instead of the 24% extract I ordered a few months ago. It had a rather mild calming effect, but kratom seems to still be more effective for me.

I like DKS2's gameplay about the same as 1's (except maybe the stamina cost of rolling) but the level design of 1 will always be the best.

My friends mom found some rotten feces like substance in a trailmix she bought recently.

I don't really give a shit about Gunn's edgelord tweets from years ago. I do despise when corporations or individuals bend the knee to outrage mobs, and really wish more would just tell the mob to basically fuck off. Although, I definitely wouldn't expect Disney to do it.

The Flood / Re: Do you believe in the paranormal?
« on: July 28, 2018, 09:02:06 PM »
I don't come to any conclusions. I have experienced a few weird things.

I've seen multiple UFOs that weren't like anything you would expect to see moving in the sky. I'm not gonna claim it was E.T. but I can at least say it wasn't anything normal. Even if it was some kind of secret military craft, it's still wild to have witnessed.

I've also seen something kind of like a wisp with a friend. Sort of misty white faintly glowing nebulous mass that swept though the  air just above the ground. It moved through his neighborhood appearing and disappearing for a few minutes as we watched it. Was it a ghost/spirit? Who knows. I can only say I have no explanation for what I saw and neither does my friend.

I'mma be real with you chief, I just now learned what all that was about. Been playing this game for years and never picked up on this storyline.
that's funny

you never wondered why the pardoner let you know he was "drenched in sin"?
Nah, always knew he was a dick cause he rode out when they needed him, just never knew the end to her quest line. Always figured she just fucked off after you save her.
She's goes hollow in the duke's archives prison if you manage to save her from Petrus.
lmao wtf

so she's just fucked no matter what you do
tbh I think most npcs with quest lines go hollow in the end.

The US government needs to stop losing track of trillions of dollars in defense spending before we can start dishing out a UBI.

Shit should be making national headlines on every news network and yet hardly anyone in the media is talking about it.

About a day's worth of work, still a wip.  But I'm not sure why people say faces are so hard, this is my first face sculpt ever since I missed out on it in college

Was this done from scratch? The anatomy is pretty good. Especially for a first attempt.

The only thing I've gotten out of gold since last summer is 2-3 free games every month.

Dark Souls DLC is fine to me. When you have a fully complete game, especially one that's supposed to be the last in the series (as with DKS3) paying 20 bucks for a true add-on to that game is worth it in my eyes.

DLC like Destiny had on the other hand, which is basically just selling cut content, is a shit anti-consumer practice that needs to go extinct.
so you think that DLC was worth 33% of the entire base game experience
It has to be good enough. I was fine with paying 20 bucks for The Ringed City DKS3 DLC because it was full of good content to me. Ashes of Ariandel was good too but was a bit short. I figured it would've been priced better at 15 bucks.

I just realized that I have yet to see a single (serious) conspiracy theory about AI. Seems really strange now that I think about it. Artificial Intelligence and machine learning sound like they would be the perfect topic for one. Lack of extensive regulation, inacessible to the average person, almost exclusively the domain of big unaccountable companies and governments, potential military/police/political applications, plenty of threats to many people (robotics taking jobs) and lots of (smart) skeptics, capable of controlling just about every aspect of society from the shadows... Seems to me like you couldn't hope for a better topic for a conspiracy theory and yet I'm not finding any.
Maybe it's just too genuine as a threat to qualify for tinfoil hatters to latch onto.

The Flood / Re: Independent / Alternative Media & Journalism

I trust alt media more than I do MSM, but only certain people. The only reason I would follow someone's journalism  or commentary to begin with is because I trust them.

They don't necessarily have to be unbiased either, they just need to be honest and transparent about their beliefs.

Someone like Phillip DeFranco is a good example of that.
