Whatever you say man. I'm not here to argue and I may very we'll be wrong about you. My point is you don't have much of a presence.
My presence as a mod is the least impacting. Yutaka's is one of the most.

Unless you're talking about actual community presence which doesn't really hinder mod ability.
I'd actually agree with Chally on presence, my post count per day is nothing compared to what it was before I was a mod. And I'm not like Psy were I go and talk to every person involved with moderating.
I've got you beat in all areas, though.

not give a fuck
still such a weak philosophy, nothing gets better like that

sorry
You're taking it too literally. You'll understand one day.
Dude I'm way older than you. I understand many things, including taking it easy.

But bullies aren't something you can magic away by 'not giving a fuck.'
You don't magic them away, that's not the point at all.

Take an extreme case for example: the self immolating monk. He has mastered the art of not giving a fuck so well that he remains undisturbed even being burned alive. The fire isn't magically wished away, it remains. But the monk endures and the fire has no effect on him (Not talking about his body. Fire burns of course) However, he does this in protest. He has ideals that he does care about. He gives his attention to certain things in life, while others aren't even worth a tiny wince to him. Not even a blazing inferno engulfing his flesh.

How insignificant and meaningless some petty bullying must be to him if not even the terrible pain of immolation is enough to phase him. Truly he's a master of the art.

Of course, I pale in comparison but it does put some things into perspective.
It depends on whether or not their actions are going to make life difficult for you even if you ignore them. Bullies can shape your world to your detriment if you give them a free hand.
Not giving a fuck isn't about ignoring, though. Action is perfectly fine. The point is to remain unphased.

I disagree. I think you guys should've told them to man up.
Ye but if we had done that, almost certainly no one would have listened and drama would have just continued anyways. You cant change the unwilling.

But I'm talking about consistency more than anything. If you're going be strict, do it consistently.
Well I hate being too strict and the current system still seems to leave a bit too much room for subjective interpretation so inconsistencies remain. (especially with 'shitposts' and spam) You all's tendency to have wildly different perspectives and attitudes doesn't help either, but things would be boring otherwise, I suppose.

If only some niggas would learn to just not give a fuck. Ah well. .

I tried to suggest the moderation of this board to be more like Noof's in that not every single thread had to be brimming with discussion, and that  general abrasiveness wouldn't be shut down but so many complaints where received by the staff that they decided certain people HAD to be catered to or drama would just never end.

The fact that people continue to take things here too seriously and personally, or get annoyed too easily and complain is what prohibits total leniency, for the most part.

You can't be surprised at times, though, as to what the reasoning behind some of your bans and warnings are. Like when you and Verb went at each other in the serious board recently, while at the same time knowing Cheat doesn't want hostility in that forum. Those instances, at least, should be fairly obvious.

I do wonder why I'm even a mod at times, tho. Because I feel like I'm on an area of the spectrum the rest of the staff seldom operates from, but Cheat's asked me twice now and I told him the deal and was accepted both times so. . .

You can just order some extract off the deep web. Cleaner trip, no vomiting.

If you can find a connect for bitcoin, that is.

The Offsites were always meant to be a temporary measure.
Not those I visit.

In fact, this one least of all considering how much more work was put into it compared to most others.

I did some 'clubhouse' type shit as a kid but it was mostly outside around the neighborhood or in the woods.
I've always wanted to live in an actual treehouse or a woods cabin.
It's easier to hide bodies out there.

My old neighborhood used to have an abandoned dairy farm in the woods that peeps would go to and fuck around at. Some used it for paintball, until they tore it down and built a nursing home there.

I don't ask my friends here to do anything for me, but would it hurt you guys to stick up for me occasionally?
You gotta learn to shake shit off so well that you don't even have to be defended.

Transcend those boundaries. There's no need to dodge bullets when you're ethereal.
Because I spend most of my time asking for support.
Not even implying you do.

Aren't you asleep?

Yes it was.
