So it's essentially what people on life support get in their feeding tube.
tbh nothing about it sounds bad so long as all the nutrients are in bio-available forms. Could do with something similar minus any carbs or sugar. 2977

Probably why my post count has remained as low as it is, as well as why I haven't gotten really any closer to any of you. 2981
The Flood / Re: Have you ever had a paranormal experience?« on: February 02, 2016, 11:13:33 PM »No. Not in years. Also, I'm not the only person to have seen it in once instance.I've seen four 'UFO's' the past year. All the same. Nothing really crazy exciting, just a strange 'fire' colored light that doesn't flicker or blink. Sat stationary three times I saw it, one of them just blinking out instantly for no seeming reason. The other occasion it was moving slowly but steadily over the neighborhood, pretty high up. 2982

Again no lights to indicate any aircraft I know, just a small single orange-yellow light that doesn't flicker or blink and is completely silent. 2983

What a waste.

The Flood / Re: Do you think that there's a parallel universe where...« on: February 02, 2016, 02:52:54 PM »Even if you were you would still exist in some form.Is it?Actually, I'm gonna let you in on a little secret here: there are no facts. If you can read this then your own existence is a fact. I mean 'existing' doesn't imply any specific nature. All it implies is that something "is." what that specific thing actually is is up to the person perceiving it and their perspective. 'Being' comes before definition and meaning. You have to at least 'be' before you can be something that is defined. 2986

I wouldn't enjoy it. I could do it if I set my mind to it. But I wouldn't enjoy it.I made a lot of money relatively speaking when I did it, and had some pretty nice connections laid out in front of me. Albeit I had someone helping me out a lot as well as wasn't just on my own exactly. 2992
The Flood / Re: Scariest thing on earth« on: January 31, 2016, 09:32:33 PM »
I had sleep paralysis as a kid once. Was dreaming, realized it, everything went black, but instead of 'waking up' I just laid still and couldn't move or open my eyes. Like I was still dreaming, just of darkness, and couldn't wake up.
And then it stopped after about a minute, although a minute in 'dream time' can feel like much longer. 2994
The Flood / Re: Here's some advice for the Romans in this forum.« on: January 31, 2016, 06:17:31 PM »I'm not talking about work.Focusing on and doing exactly what you're supposed to be doing and absolutely nothing else is a state of mind, known well to eastern philosophies and religions, called Dhyāna which in turn became the foundation for Zen.Who says being on your own is neccessarily a bad thing? You can be productive as fuck by yourself.Humans need social interaction. I'm not so serene a being that I can just 'keep on' without having tended to some emotions first. Doing exactly what you're supposed to be doing doesn't inherently imply 'work.' All it implies is that you have something you intent to do, be it work, play, relaxation, or anything in between. You can meditate on ANY task, and that is simply what the state of mind I am referring to is, in its purest form. 2995

You can be productive as fuck by yourself.Humans need social interaction. I'm not so serene a being that I can just 'keep on' without having tended to some emotions first. To practice it is probably a literal enactment of serenity, which, as I stated, I am not so serene a being that I can keep on without first tending to emotion to some degree. Nor is anyone else really, for that matter, if they live like most people do nowadays. To have that level of focus you have to abandon most worldly desires and live like a monk/hermit, essentially, because stress is far too large of a standard occurrence in normal everyday society. |
