Turok 2, which still remains the best game ever made of all time. European Assault was made in 2005, Lemy. Halo predates it by 4 years. Hell, Halo 2 predates it by a year. Spoiler PS it added ADS into MoH, "Halo mode" after getting a few headshots, and wasn't even close to the best shooter of 2005. Mmmm. Now there's a MoH game.

Light Rifle's hard to use though.

It's got a low rate of fire. But yeah, the Smart Scope mode is a kick in the nuts when you're hit with it. Glad it's a power weapon. Hydra is good too. Surprisingly balanced.

That being saaaaaid I've been looking at BR start gameplay on Twitch and it looks ridiculously good. Beta's finally fully impressed me. Eden and Regret both look like fantastic maps as opposed to the cluttered likes of Truth and Empire and the new abilities flow beautifully with a mid range starting weapon. Almost seems like the the game was designed around BRs and made to accommodate autos later.
Actually, Regret and Eden seem more cluttered than their counterparts.
Really? The maps are much smoother both visually and gameplay wise from the streams I'm watching. Then again, I am only watching so...

First of all, there are many smarter people here, I just know how to Google stuff really well.
Second, even if I was, I'd hope nobody would convert simply because someone smarter than them did it.
Third, while I do believe in a type of creationism (as anyone following ostensibly any deism must), I don't believe in the modern anti-scientific rhetoric of fundamentalist creationists.
OT: I don't really see why anyone would choose a representative government over one ruled directly by a benevolent, omniscient, and omnipotent deity, though there were a lot of assumptions in those qualifiers.

That depends on whoever it's made by. Gift from God scenario? Advanced memory would rock, as you've said. Increased reaction time with some mods to the nervous system would be nice but I imagine that would require some ridiculous level of modification. And of course the built in wi fi thing would come in handy as well, but I don't exactly trust that either.

The basis of his consequentialist utilitarianism (loosely defined) is that there is no other position to operate from when considering morality, first and foremost because nobody would sanely advocate a system of morality which resulted in abject destitution. I'll have to look into it more sometime, sounds interesting. I remember reading something from him where he lists off philosophical words and characterizes them as "boredom inducing" before he makes his points. I was like "yeah w/e"

Unfortunately I'm not exactly a relativist myself, but I've spent enough time around them to remember their baseline argument [or at least kinda extrapolate and think in the "mode" of a relativist XD]:
IIRC the two second rebuttal is that his entire argument boils down to making comparative sentences into boolean expressions, which clearly have definite answers:
(Action_Wellness_Quant > Action'_Wellness_Quant) => (Action_Wellness_Quant == Good)
This assumes that
A) Utilitarianism is the proper way of handling an ethical situation, which is another debate entirely and therefore not exactly a fully factual premise. Luckily for him I agree, so his argument works so far.
B) Quantifying the "wellness" of an action is possible. The problems with this should be kind of completely obvious.
So yeah. I'm not saying he's wrong [I personally haven't really paid much attention to him- the first few sentences of his book where he acts like he's too good for philosophy turned me off anyways] but this TED talk gives me that impression.
