[srs face] MW1 and MW2 were far superior to MW3 IMO. While MW2 was literally like 5 minutes long, it was still a damn fun 5 minutes. I dunno. I've never really enjoyed the gunplay in CoD, but the first two MW games were adept at covering up the gunplay with great set pieces [first one had a really great atmosphere too]. Not once in MW3 did I feel any sense of tension aside from the mission Soap died. Every scripted event just felt... tryhard? I don't know how I should describe it better but the game never managed to grasp me like the first two did. Spoiler I did always prefer Price to Soap, and I always thought Price was going to die in the conclusion. Pleasantly surprised that they didn't go that route.
Who cares Black Ops is still better

Reminder that Price was the player in All Ghillied Up, further solidifying his superiority
Reminder that Soap pulled a knife out of his chest after falling off a waterfall and saving Price's ass by chucking it into Shepherd's eye.
Reminder that Price can't die, so Soap did nothing

So should I only get Human Revolution and the original?
It's all you need. If you're like me curiosity will get the better of you and you'll play Invisible War anyways though and hate yourself.
[Don't be like me]
But I enjoyed invisible wars
No

I want to push my limits and see how fast I can beat them.
Agreed, that's what speedruns are all about. It's just those two particular games that I prefer not to speedrun, despite them being the two games I can speedrun the fastest

Dino Crisis 1/2, each under an hour. But since I love the games for their atmosphere, where's the fun in speedrunning?

Dino Crisis, and it needs to somehow erase 3 from existence.

I felt a disturbance in the force, as if somebody created a DE thread, and I got on Sep7. Short answer: Yes. Long answer: Yes, and all its synonyms. You're paying for one of the greatest games of all time and one of the greatest games of the last gen. [Ignore Invisible War and The Fall though]

Though technically, one could say that the first statement implies "I do not have any decent reason to think X is True" as opposed to "X is False." The first one wouldn't be a resolute claim requiring substantiation [hell it's a value judgement no less- and not the right kind].
Man, screw linguistics. Can't we all just think in math?

Would you say that X != True => X == False? It seems kind of tautological to me. Not True == False, and that's an axiom of propositional logic.
Logically? I can't see any real meaningful distinction. Linguistically? If someone is using the phrase "I believe" to make a proposition in a formal debate, you know you're in for a wild ride already.

If you don't own more than one physical copy of at least the first movie you should reevaluate yourself Rexy. Number 2 is the real Velociraptor, followed by Carcharodontosaurus. I know they totally fucked its facts up but it was still a cool portrayal To be fair, the Spino in 3 was fairly accurate [fairly] for its time in a physical sense. It's the fact that they made everything else, including the humans, become morons in its presence.

MGS1 purely because of nostalgia. The first three are of interchangeable quality IMO.
