You see, he has a platform. That's good. Because then he can either keep it, or demolish it depending on his arguments. If they are strong and valid, he gets to keep it. If they are not robust or false, people can easily point that out. He essentially can destroy himself with his own words.
This is the same reason we can give platforms to questionable personas like Spencer. He can spout his shit and as soon as its questioned, he falls apart. Far more effective than shutting him down because that way he never gets challenged.
Results, he learns something new and if he is a good person, improves his world views. OR he refuses to admit that he is wrong and loses his platform.

Its not that, I gave up on finding common ground with people online when it comes to entertainment. The problem is labelling everything "the worst thing ever" if it has flaws.

I think everyone can agree that we have boarders for a reason and that they must be crossed legally.
White people have to get Visas and shit too you know and no one calls Visa a racist bigot for not letting people come and go as they will from one country to another.
Your Visa can be denied or disputed and you have to spend a lot of time and money on putting together a strong case on why the inspectors on the boarder should let you through (even if you are coming in for a holiday).
I personally went through this process a few times.

If a person was legally permitted to come in, I don't see why anyone would have a problem with that person regardless of their background - he passed all of the tests and didn't raise any flags, let them stay.

When I moved to Ireland, I didn't seek out ways I can still pretend I am in Russia. I wanted to integrate but still keep my background.
Nothing wrong with diversity, but you have to remember that YOU moved into a different culture (secular or not) and you should respect that.

Man wants to see if he can get people to drop their morals for five dollars by making them write down offensive shit. They do.
