Over the years I have seen you complain about how miserable your life is because of your terrible interactions with women. You make post after post describing your episodes of bad luck with them, usually throwing in a random malady or misfortune in there("and to make things worse i was so constipated the entire day omg my life sucks"). It almost seems like you enjoy this because when people offer advice you make no attempt to follow it, the defense mechanism in your brain tells you to ignore it and keep trying things your way. Well this will be the biggest post I make towards you in an attempt to improve your life. Read carefully.
You need to sit down in a quiet empty room, with no electronics, no noises or distractions, and close your eyes. Close your eyes and think very hard of what you want to do with the rest of your life. Don't think "omg kmart sucks" or anything of what you DON'T want. Don't think of any of the negatives. Imagine very vividly waking up in the morning getting ready for your dream job. What is it? What can you see yourself doing everyday and being happy and passionate about? If you REALLY don't know, don't fret. You will learn through experiences. Go out and volunteer at places, get miscellaneous jobs, finding out what you don't like will guide you to what you DO like. Find something you're passionate for man, your direction in life is the most important thing. A man without direction is like a ship sailing out to sea with no map and no designated place to go. It's just going to float around until it inevitably sinks.
Next, build a positive view of yourself. Your subconscious thoughts are everything. If you keep thinking "i'm such a loser, my life sucks, girls hate me" guess what? Your subconscious will really end up believing it and the reactions you get will only reinforce these false believes because it's what you expect. Your subconscious is like a plot of fertile soil. You can plant flowers, or you can plant poison oak, the land will not discriminate and whatever you end up planting and watering will grow. Also stop masturbating.
Books I want you to read. Seriously, read them. You can find pdfs for them if you don't want to go out and buy them.

Most self help books are trash, these are golden(trust me I read a shitton)
Appearance wise, I know you are not ugly. And you're white and tall, holy fuck why the fuck are you complaining brahhhhh so many people would kill to be in your position. Start working out. Pushups, situps, pullups, squats, and running. Getting in shape has so many benefits I can't even begin, from psychological boosts to physical. You will feel better period. Start eating a bit healthier. Berries, veggies, chicken, rice, grains, fish. Add a multi vitamin and zinc. Go to an expensive female salon after your hair grows out a bit and ask them what haircut they think will fit you best. Have them do it, it will be expensive. Take pictures of it and continue getting it but at a regular barbershop. Shave, wash skin, dress nice. I don't know your style but you really can't go wrong at any age with a plain colored shirt(black or white), dark slim denim, and some CLEAN shoes(black/white/brown)
Last but not least, look at everything you have brah. Your life is fucking amazing. Stop comparing it to people like me who get hella bitches
. You are so blessed(no religious) and you don't even appreciate it. This is the best time and place for you to live in, it's time to start acting like it. There are children in 3rd world countries that have seen family members slaughtered, children who are starving and will die of starvation. You are living in a first world country with limitless opportunities. You can learn anything you want at the click of a few buttons. You can literally BE ANYTHING YOU WANT IF YOU JUST THINK IT
