also eat more proteinz and every workout try to increase from last time. It doesn't have to be weight neccasarily. Doing more reps than last workout, an extra set, a shorter rest time, or a slower negative are all ways to progressively overload. If you get anything from the two posts try and make it these two things, and you will get a sick affff back

Alternate pull down movements for width )pull-ups, lay pull downs with different grip, machine pulldowns) and rowing movements for thickness(barbell rows, t bar rows, sitting cable rows) every other exercise. So an order would be like Pull-ups Barbell rows Lay pull downs Seated cable rows Machine pull downs I like to do a lot of volume. 4-5 sets first starting at like 15 reps and the later sets getting heavier but for reps like 8-10 Make sure you really stretch the back when the weight is going back. A negative of like 3 seconds is always good, focus on the muscle the entire time and squeeze hard and hold for one second when you pull it in
