I'm over emotional and delusional from the sleep deprivation and CANT SLEEP no matter how hard I try. It's been nearly 48 hours and I feel tired but cannot sleep. My heart is beating very fast ans hard and when I think of how deprived I am it beats harder and faster. Very panicked.
I think I'm gonna go to a hospital or er but I don't know if I'm over reacting. I didn't take any drugs except for caffeine from a preworkout at around 4pm, it's now 4:21am
What should I do?

Was ULTRA tired around 2-4 pm but I went somewhere and after I came home I felt extremely jittery/awake/happy. Like I got a second wind
Hard to concentrate eyes and feel tingly in my forearms and hands but other than that feel good man. Nothing out of the ordinary yet. Wanna sleep but girl is hitting me up and I wanna fuck but idk I think I should sleep.
Didn't take drugs except a little caffeine way earlier but I'm super sensitive to stims.
Also I've heard auditory and visual hallucinations start after 50 hours for some people. Crazy shit man
