Abuse can be filed and fitted into bad gamertags or shit in your bios and mottos.
Usually for those they give you just a warning and/or just ban you from using the bio/mottos (those "I broke the Code of Conduct" people).
But OT, who knows what you might've done. I got a negative review for repeatedly killing a guy on CoD which just happened to be pure coincidence on my part. It now says I have "threatening behaviour". On a violent game of all things, lawdy, lawdy.
I'd be wary about GTA though, the GTA IV community on xbox (not sure about V yet) could be total arses and kick you out of a game and report you if you killed them off one of the hangars so you could get into a helicopter. FPS's are also a bit rampant with this, but I've no clue how it could apply to your ban for Harassing or Threatening behavior...I mean seriously, you're playing an 18+ game which involves shooting the shit out of the other guy, so you kinda leave it at the door when you play, or so you'd think.
I rarely kill people on GTA V, if anything I get killed and i leave often. I haven't played that game sincethe 19th
