The amount of shootings being prevented immediately after this shooting are terrifying. I've heard of 3 so far, not including the one at a local high school where I live.
It's almost as if mass media coverage and glorification of these people starts to inspire other lonely virgins to become heroes too.
You have to wonder why they focus so much on the guy that does it when all it does is inspire the next one to try and one up them. I remember last tragedy there was an emphasis on not doing it, yet the moment this one happens they're all over it again.

Calling the gun a "military grade assault rifle" makes you look like a fucking idiot and sets the debate about gun control back because it propagates ignorance. If you believe AR-15s should be banned because it's semi-automatic and widely available, then you should probably make an argument for banning all semi-automatics, handguns included.
This, so hard. Calling to ban "assault weapons" or "military rifles" based on a few features or prevelent military use is how you end up with the mess that is canada's banlist. Can't have an AR15 or any AK derived weapon but you can buy all the Mini 14's, Norinco M305-A's (something that American's can't even import) and VZ-58's (because it only looks like an ak but operates different internally lol so it's not a ak guys don't worry it's not dangerous because it's not an ak) that you want.

Yes because being able to afford bread means we have plenty of it and I can buy other shit with left over money because competitive markets keeps that bread's price super low. I for one enjoy going down the cereal aisle at my local Public and being able to choose whatever cereal I want from plenty of brands and types, based solely on my preference because the prices are so damn low I don't even need to contemplate it.

you know man... I'm not sure how hard I believe that. Charlie's a mostly reasonable, well adjusted adult who's been around for quite some time. When a middle-aged person thinks they have skin cancer they just schedule an appointment with a dermatologist. He'll look at the growth for five minutes and then decide to cut it out of your skin and send it off for testing. Some mild anesthetic and a few stitches and an hour later you pay a receptionist your twenty dollar co-pay and go home to wait for two weeks for the lab results on if it was cancerous and malignant. I've seen plenty of people do this simple procedure. He should have seen some go through it too. It's nothing that requires "thanks, Trump" shitposting about.

All Communism is, is community controlled means of production. With people giving according to their ability, and receiving according to their needs. Tyrants like Stalin ruled in state capitalism and called it communism.
