Luke falling away from the force is within character, he has always had dark spouts, and fucking up as bad as he did with Kylo could tip him over into exiling himself.
Lea was never likable.
Han and Chewie are fucking smugglers wanted in many systems, them dying makes sense canonically.
Han is a retired general of the new republic and a war hero.
I'm pretty sure he's been pardoned in Republic Space.
As for the other points, I wish the books were still Canon so we could see Emperor Luke.
