This. If my employer wanted me to work with Carson, but gave me the option to move to a different store nearby where they may or may not pay someone who works my position less (keep in mind, there is no guarantee kesha would sell fewer albums), I would immediately take the transfer. Because it's been fifteen years and there's no way I could prove what happened to me, so wanting to have him fired on that basis would be ludicrous.
