You are an odd person.
You are not qualified to make this observation of anyone.

I'm actually reading that at the moment, it's pretty damn good.

It's my favorite book. Is it your first time reading it?
Yep, got it at christmas I think but I've been busy with the dune series up until now. Finished all of the original dune books about two weeks ago I think.

It's very well written, kinda surprised me how easily I fell into it.

The dune series could be a little heavy at times, it takes a lot for me to put down a book because I'm too tired to actually read/understand it and they managed it a few times. Good books though, thoroughly enjoyed the God-Emperor of Dune and seeing how the author mixed his ecologist background with the philosophical ones to make 'the long view' a central theme to the whole series.

I'm about halfway through Ender's Game but I have seen the film so I think that's probably going to mess with reading it for the first time but either way it's a great look at smart-bastard children and how they deal with the world.
It's actually a prequel to Speaker for the Dead, so Orson Scott Card gets a lot of credit for making Ender incredibly clever, without giving him any ability to surmise the future.

This allows him to be surprised by plot twists, but also very good at weeding out deceit, which turns out to be his greatest failure.

It's a great dichotomy that defines an extremely classic tragedy. His greatest strength is his insight, and his greatest downfall is his failure to use it.

Ender's Game, Halo: The Fall of Reach. Might make the list larger later.

I've read Nylund's Fall of Reach maybe a dozen times.

It's a masterwork.

I'm more annoying irl, and my speech is filled with malapropisms and filler words. I'm generally more reserved on here too tbh.
IRL I like to go on long rants about science and politics, and minute details become central points for oral essays unfurled on the fly.

I hold gold medals in oration, and my friends witness that constantly, to their chagrin.
So I definitely understand this.

Halo 5 Forge is coming to PC on September my son
But you don't get to play the actual game tho
Who gives a fuck I'm gonna make shitloads of badass nodded maps, maybe even a few from scratch with the assets I made in my dev studio I use on Skyrim.

Probably going to make new original textures, meshes, functions, probably even boats, something I've always wanted.

PC Forge will be great.

Russia

Russia was brutal. No doubt. But which was the most brutal theater?  Where was the real fight?

I'm going with Asia.

It's a meme you dip

I know. I started it. WWII Russia vs Master Chief.  That was me.
You did not start WWII Russia.

Find one before this
First, I remember txt thread, and I remember WWII Russia being a meme brute that, second, people note in that thread that the same thread has been made in b.old, and even note the WWII Russia meme.

You're not original.

I made it in b.old
Famalam, that thread is proof only if the fact that WWII Russia was a member before.

I trace my own family history to about the 1600s, but prior to coming to America there's little information.

We were a prominent slaveholding family for 200 years in the southern states.

Apparently common English name name, bearing no concrete origin.  Scott, earlier Scot, is a surname common among English families in border regions.

Most early recorded appearances of the name refer to proper Englishmen. This contrasts the idea that the name originates from Scotland, or from Scottish immigrants.

This is going to be an accessible car.
What people don't tell you is that rotaries are shit.
muh lossless V8

A Wenkel is a better proponent of kinetic energy than a perpendicular cross.

It's simply better, though like all exemplary things, must die.

And then you build a new one, Lisa a glorious pheonix.
