And how are we supposed to know if any of this legit? My ass still hurts from that day (that was on Tuesday, it's now Thursday). I don't even know how my buttcheaks are burnt out just by running but clearly I must heavily utilize my gluteus maximus while running because my muscles only ever get this sore for this long when I do a strenuous exercise for the first time.
