The solution to garbage disposal is recycling 100% of all throwaways. For now it's unrealistic, but hopefully in the future it's implemented. The purpose is solely economical; the less metals and plastics we throw away, the more we have in circulation that people can use. Resources aren't unlimited afterall.

Remember that discussion about the EPA we had a while back where I claimed it was an example of horrendous governmental action, and you were defending it. Just thought I'd let you know you won; done some digging, changed my mind. The EPA isn't all bad.
I never actually finished that argument though, I just stopped replying. I was going to say something about how the EPA changes its mission with each presidential administration so it's only ideal when there isn't a conservative in office.

In general, those born with more wealth usually get better grades than those with less wealth according to years of research, so it's really not true that there isn't a correlation between wealth and success. I'm going to guess that NUT's reasoning in eliminating skill level separation is so that it forces the lowest/easiest curriculum to be taught meaning that least intelligent students benefit the most and the most intelligent students to benefit the least, thus closing the 'knowledge gap.' Or maybe they're just looking out for themselves and they don't want to be bothered with higher curriculum and having to teach multiple different skill levels.

It's not really an issue for me. The only thing I'm frustrated about is the fact you think I'm frustrated over Rose. Again, I literally do not care about who he is or his reputation. I'm only slightly curious as to what kind of person he is behind the screen. Beyond that you don't need to patronize me like I don't know how to deal with losers over the internet.

You obviously don't get how people like this work. They are more than willing to put hours of work into something if it gets any kind of reaction, no matter how small. Especially with someone who has a mental problem as clear as this. It's all part of the obsession, and anything that you or any of his targets do to show your displeasure is nothing but more fuel to keep the fire raging.
I would say that keeping this kind of problem private between mods and whatnot is best where it's out of sight (granted that you avoid responding to anything), but it's obviously far too late.

That's not true. He started his harassment by picking out users who disagreed with his political opinions (any prominent liberals on the forum). Even after the tides shifted he still stuck to the users he had been harassing. He begged us for forgiveness and when we didn't accept he got so angry that he's been stalking us and sending countless PMs that he knows we don't even read. And he always says he'll leave. He's said it so many times but he doesn't. That isn't trolling and if even if it were, the troll behind the Rose persona is probably mentally ill himself to have spent this much time to get a reaction out of us.

I've come to the conclusion that this extreme obsession is a result of some sort of mental disorder.

He keeps sending me messages about how he proved me a liar when all he did is waste another ten hours of his time shitposting on the internet. He has these self denial issues and thinks that he if continues to say something long enough that it becomes true and everyone is convinced. I know he was the one who impersonated me. I know he was the one who impersonated DeChief. I know he's one of the people behind the account number x persona (there are two others that started it, Rose has been continuing it). And I know his grades because he spammed me with the picture of it a dozen times. But you know what I also know? I know that I don't actually care about any of it. The only conclusion I can up with at this point (because this isn't even trolling after a certain line, it's just someone wasting far too much time on the internet for such a small reaction) is that he's mentally ill whether he's just pretending this all or not. And Rose will continue his spam to get us to change our opinions about him for the rest of the time this forum exists and he will continue to get bad grades in college and not become an engineer. Shame really, we need more engineers in this world.
