Do I believe that white people have advantages in certain areas over minorities? Of course. That's kinda tautological in the description of 'minority'. Be nature of a democracy, the majority, in whatever demographic, will always hold more power.
But O'Reilly is right, it is relative. A white guy growing up in a ghetto is less privileged (and I really hate that word because of how much it's been abused) than a black guy growing up in middle-class suburbia. To say that any given white person has more opportunity than any given black person is boldfaced racism; it doesn't accomplish anything, and all it does is stereotype based on skin color.
The idea of white privilege isn't to say that white people always have it easier than other ethnic minorities. It's to say that, on average, whites have it easier because of the color of their skin. Someone behind the concept of white privilege should be able to understand that race isn't the only factor when it comes to accessibility of opportunity.

And not all sciences contradict conservative beliefs. You have virology which is dependent upon evolution, global warming which is dependent upon meteorology, radioactive dating which is dependent upon exponential formulas, and the big bang which is dependent upon telescopes and background radiation. Beyond that, most other sciences can fit in a conservative world view like chemistry, the most important and most marketable science.
