Now, I rented this game for a bit awhile back, loved it and plan on buying it soon.
If/When I buy it and train for a bit, would anyone want to do an elimination tournament?
Here's my suggestion, each opponent will have to face eachother in Best 2 out of 3 battles, with 2 wins needed to win a battle, standard stuff. However my idea is to have everyone pick ONE character to play as and battle with, you can use any variation of the character, but never switch from that character.

So we have all had some training since the last "what's your power level?" So now I ask you again, what is your power level?
NOW, how to calculate your power level. Take your post count, multiply it by the number of days spent online, then times that by 1000. ((If you don't have any days spent online, do it by hours, however do not add x1000 if you do it by hours or minutes.))
What is mine now? 21,612,000 is my Power Level. I swear Verb, Das and Challenger are gonna have insane power levels.

We all have had that one game that stood out in this way. The one enemy that is just so good to defeat. Which ones make the Villains Hall of Fame?
I'm casting a vote for the one and only Handsome Jack, this guy while playing Borderlands 2 made it 10x better. Hearing him on the radio gloating about his new diamond horse named Butt Stallion or any of his jokes made me laugh. He taunts you the whole game and I loved every minute of it. A well written character that is just...awesome. Tales of the Borderlands does Jack even more good graces(especially if you did certain choices in one episode, only people who played it will understand this: Hand, Crouch, Shirtless friend.)

I know some of you guys don't like mods in games...but I don't care, moving on!
Some great games on their own has had some gamemodes made by their communities, which is your favorite?
Mine would be the Saxton Hale mod on Team Fortress 2...it's a lot of fun to go 20-1 as the boss and just KILL EVERYBODY.

So we have two suggestions for a new UN game, so i'm gonna keep looking for interest between the two.
The first one is my suggestion, a Mount and Blade themed game in the world of Calradia. M&B by itself is just a generic Midieval world, so it wouldn't be too difficult to set up.
On the other hand, Naru offered setting up a Space themed game. The details i'm not too sure about, but it could be more interesting than Calradia.
So if you eant to play a UN game, which one sounds more interesting to you?

While most of us say that the new and popular songs are horrible, sometimes we find that hidden gem. Which one is yours? I'm not afraid to admit it, I love Uptown Funk, it brings back some of the styles we haven't seen in awhile. So yeah, good job Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars. And the other one I give it to is Macklemore and Ryan Lewis. Downtown just being a template. I like almost every rap/song they come out with.

First off, Team Fortress 2 having it's own currency and market is EXTREMELY wierd to begin with. However let's just roll with it.
Discuss the different market stuff in TF2, or just how wierd it is. You can also talk about trade offers and whatnot.

Okay so before you think i'm talking about sex, the door is to your right, this is not about sex.
THIS IS ABOUT SFW ROLEPLAY AND HOW IT CAN HELP.
So throughout the years I have b en roleplaying, 3-4 years by now. I think I can say that roleplaying has helped my writing skills, character building and story arcs.
I write stories from time to time, I would never publish them anywhere but I write them, and I started noticing the differences in my writing from 2011-2015.
I started roleplaying around 2011, being what most call a "one liner"; which only people who have roleplayed for long enough will know this is one of the most annoying ways to roleplay. However unlike a lot of one liners the first thing I wanted to do was get better at it. Around that time I was writing a story about...eh can't remember, I remember hating how I wrote it though and threw it all in the trash.
So I started getting better and better, using my roleplay character I was able to learn a lot. Like how I should build up different characters and what kind of story arcs would they work in or not. I didn't have full control of any story I was roleplaying, but I had an effect that helped me learn more and more.
Fast forward to 2015, I am writing a new story, using words I never thought of using in 2011, different styles that made the story pop out more, and having unique and interesting characters. This is probably the first story I am really proud of, and I probably would have never made it this way if I didn't roleplay at all.
Just something I wanted to point out, it's really cool how a passtime of mine helped me in such a big way.

What makes you hate/dislike the Brony community?
I think i'm the only person here(except maybe Flee) who has ever talked about My Little Pony, and most of the time I tend to keep the chat of it at a minimum.
But then I switched to this avatar, and it showed me your opinions, whether they were sarcastic or not, definitely don't go well with Bronies. Especially you Challenger.
So I am posting this in the Serious Section, and await your opinions. I'm not offended, mad or crying. I'm just curious on what you guys honestly think.
