I would pick the first option, but then again, I am aware that some transgendered people don't actively announce or declare it unless it's with someone they trust.
So I have a very simple black and white approach. I call it as I see it.
Looks like a guy, it's a guy. Looks like a lady, it's a lady.
I don't spend all day looking at everybody's junk to try and figure out who they are so frankly, I'm not concerned with who has what. If their features are a majority at hinting their sex, or, preffered sex, then I will call it as I see it.

"Yard Sale, go straight for 45 miles, turn left at the intersection, and look for the blue house." Except that you can't possibly give decent directions in this province, or, have people who can't quite make sense of the directions and get lost. Which comes back to my main selling point. I wouldn't touch that piano by myself. And you couldn't pay me again to ferry that piano outside of the house.

It will be. There's stuff to take care of and things to do. I'm going to do something nice for the owners when they come back. There's a huge pile of scrap wood that's built up on their farm over the course of about 15 years or so. I'm gonna move the pile for em and dispose of it.
