The Flood / Re: I Hate Liars.
« on: June 19, 2015, 11:15:16 PM »
You know what's handy? Playing dumb so you can learn what people are after. It's a really good thing to know, especially with mechanics or people who try to sell you shit. If you're educated in a particular field than you play dumb and listen to what they're trying to sell.

Catch some bullshit and find that you're going to get ripped off, you've just caught a lie.

What do you at that point? Walk away. Not worth causing trouble over, mostly. It's not worth the trouble to hate either. As psyche said.

Unless it's over something important, you shake your head and move on is all. Never chase a liar down their hole because it's a waste of time.

The Flood / Re: How is intelligence determined?
« on: June 19, 2015, 10:36:04 PM »
Everybody has limits. And, at the same time, everybody has areas they specialize in. Intelligence itself is hard to determine overall because you can have somebody who looks dumb as a rock by all accords but then they shine in another area. And, generally, everybody has something like that.

This thread and by extension, you, are a prime example of why I don't and sure as fuck won't bother to intertwine people into my personal physical life. No offense intended to you, or at you Roman because that's your ball game.

But jesus fuck the amount of times you've been roped in on something and then had it go to shit. Even if it may have been your fault.

Thank you for cementing my stance on this particular aspect. No joke.
Just trying to experience new things bruh. It gets pretty lonely without a woman in my life after three years (not that that one was even worth it looking back) Trying to find one that would be a good friend, and more if it develops.

Like I said. No offense to you, or at you. And I'm not calling you out on anything.

But your experiences in this regard are a fine example for me to consider my stance on things.

The whole dating card and dancing round back and forth chasing after things?

Not my bullshit to chase after. Just considering things in my own life this year at the moment. Things to pursue or change. Thank you for a point of reference though.
Well no offense to either of you, but you should be the type of person others chase.

You're not, however.

Oh believe me I never have expected to be chased. Life doesn't work that way. Nothing shows up on your doorstep without you having to work for it. Anything worthwhile requires effort and time put into it.

Since I know that I'm not one to be chased, then I'm not going to fuck around and play games either. It is, really, a heavy cost on time to do that sort of thing. And, considering all the other things I do and have to do.

That doesn't seem like a commitment I could make room for, even if, I brushed myself up a bit to accomodate for it.

Better off on my own anyways. The less ties the better.

so like were you on IV's >>

I was for a few days, then for about 2 weeks I ate through a syringe and now I just kinda pour stuff into my mouth that can get through my teeth.

So how do you not feel hungry?
Have you lost a lot of weight?

Simple mushy foods that don't count as solids, most likely. When your jaw is wired shut for stuff like that basically you depend on a straw and mush to survive.

And, mushy foods, usually don't contain a lot of beefy elements to them. So, most likely.

On topic.

When do you expect your contraption to be removed?
I've lost 10ish pounds I'm hungry often but usually protein shakes curb the bunged. I actually can't use a straw. They were going to splint my mouth but the one they had made for me didn't fit, so they had to do a bone graft from a cadaver. Without the splint the healing bone in the room of my mouth is super sensitive and the suction from sucking a straw can disturb it

That's horrid. I've been around people who've had wired shut jaws before and I've lived off my fare share of mush and shit. But I've never had that unpleasant deal before.

Hope everything heals up quick enough.

How'd you break it in the first place?
that's the worst part, it's a surgery I had to opt in to. My family has a history of bad teeth and jaws and as a kid I went to the orthodontist. Well that orthodontist actually fucked up my sister and is teeth even more (aesthetically it looked nice but the teeth didn't line up right)
The combination of a bad bite and genetics pushed my jaw back (I was one of those guys with like jaw line at all) and every time I talked or ate my jaw would have to move forward as well as up and down which was tearing the joints in my jaw and it would occasionally pop out of place. The surgeons chopped up my jaws and rearranged them to alleviate that

The shits. Same happened to my sister when she was a kid. Got her teeth fixed up by a doc who fucked up. The fuckery in her jaw took out a bunch of her eyesight.

Hopefully fron now on, no more bad shit for you, right?

You'll like food when you finally meet again. It'll be a nice feeling.

Well, to be fair, it also garnered 80+ likes in 48 hours.

I tend not to notice those things. But, if you want.

80 is roughly the population of sep7agon. And I think, at that period, things were shifty. There was a lot of criss cross activity between both sites.

If you want to be all sentimental and daaaaaaaaaaaaaw you could potentially say that a good chunk of this place had your back.

Or, maybe Cheat just wanted you to join so he wasn't talking to all of his alts anymore.

You're selling erotic literature now?

Anything really. Over the course of time since I started writing I've made a point to branch out. I'm an all rounder. Can write what I please in just about any category.

Erotic stuff? Sure thing. Sci-Fi? Yep. Fantasy? Yep. Western? You bet. Mystery? Fucking nailed it.

I can go wherever I feel like.
Y'know, I was actually considering coding up a fiction site, considering there aren't any good scripts out there. Where do you post your stuff to?

Of course, not that I'm being helpful if you were asking for help. Why do you ask in the first place?
Because you're a good writer and I enjoy reading.

Aw shucks yer making me blush.

First I need to to get my shit in gear and actually post something first. I just got through all the pending and red tape and such. Although actually if you're interested, Cheat, like I said, I just started doing comission work as well.

If you ever want to have me write something up for you I'd wouldn't be opposed.

Just celebrating a breakthrough I made today. Commission slots filled, money showing up in the bank, and, even better! Confirmation of my registration over at a nice handy little site.

I am now capable of self publishing shit and I call all the shots which means I can experiment with what I please and essentially, go anywhere from here.

More work and time to get busy. But it's good fun. Haven't had good fun in a long fucking while.

What have you folks gotten up to today?

« on: June 18, 2015, 04:49:45 PM »
We're not a community until we're known for something, we can be big (We're hardly big) But unless we actually have content we show off, its not much of a community.

-Do we stand out?
-Do we have a theme?
-Do people join because they hear from us around the internet?
-What is the main function of Sep7agon?

This does bring up a point. Most communities, well, they do shit. The most we really do here is talk, get grouchy, or have circle jerks.

Dunno. I'd still say this place is essentially a refugee camp of the internet. We've all just grown homey with our setup is all.

Approximately 900 of which are likely inactive accounts.

And, approximately 1,072 of which are all Cheat's Alts.

What the fuck is this may bullshit

this has been completely apparent since shortly after EA started releasing information

did you need to be given this opinion from some shitty article from an SJW website to figure that out?
This.
Whether confirmed or not, nearly all the news about the game has been negative, if you're comparing it to the game it is supposed to be successing.

Shhh. You're setting up a loophole.

"As a standalone Star Wars game it's fine."

"As a successor to the series it's named after, it isn't."

Tien was the least embarrassing character of the three Dragonball universe. However, Krillin proved to be more useful in the over all picture. I say I'd rather be Tien. He never settled down from training like Krillin did.

Tien was ballsey where it counted.

Like playing whack a mole with Cell.

« on: June 18, 2015, 04:20:25 PM »
Not to be the fedora tipper in here or anything. But I'm really not even sure if I do hate anything. Even if I mention that my most hated thing is people, I can't actually say that I hate. It's too strong of word for the subject. Maybe, dislike? Hold in some form of contempt? Just simply wish to stay out of the way?

Can't tell. But. It may still hold relevance to your subject at hand because I myself am curious, more than anything. Why hold on to hate? Why perpetrate it in a never ending cycle?

To me, it's puzzling.
