I'd say that kind of shit is a bit beyond first world problems ._.

Whilst they are technically first world problems since I doubt they have Modems and fridges in subsaharan africa, it's more of a life shitting on you thing .__.

It's a good thing I know where life's lawn is then. Cause Imma return the favor. Then go back to fixin' all the broken stuff. One piece at a time is all. We're almost back to normal. Might even have our router up and running by today so the rest of our computers come back from the dead.

I fixed and replaced most of the fried elctronics after a big thunderstorm that rolled through a few weeks ago. All the lights, got a freezer working again, and glorious internet overlords even sent a dude over who fixed our modem. Only to discover that our router was fried as well. And then he promptly left as that wasn't his jurisdiction.

And then our sandvich board died.

Mah non functioning fridge! Mah barely functioning internet! MAH DEBIT MACHINE STILL NOT FUNCTIONING! Oh woe is me whatever shall I do?

That apparently we've explored outer space more than the ocean floor.

Spoiler
But I'm a bit skeptical about this. If outer space's reach is supposedly infinite, doesn't that mean the explored bit would always be 0.00000~1%, while the ocean is limited and therefore higher than that? Because I'm pretty sure we've been to the ocean floor at least a few times to be higher than our exploration of space. I mean, space is pretty fuckin' huge.

Surface freshwater (lakes, rivers, surface springs, etc) is 25x10-4% of the total water supply on Earth. And that is what WE mostly rely on.

^That fact made me sad when I realise how we go about taking care of it, what with the Aral Sea (Kazakhstan/Uzbekistan) being "The Aral Puddle" in only ~60 years, and Lake Karachay (russia) being so irradiated it can give a lethal dose to humans in an hour.

What's even more pathetic is that the surface of our planet consists overall roughly 60% water. And we've found nothing productive to do with it. Stick turbines off the coasts and the tides will give you power for as long as there's an ocean.

Moose are relatively docile in their own right. The only ones who ever get pissed and attack are the males for the most part. And for that to happen they either have to be in a bad mood or you've got them backed into a corner. Probably would hvae just scared the bugger off if you poked your head out.

I liked the zombie drive games and convoy games on sandtrap. And sanbox with the guardians glitched..

Sandbox was the best with it's guardians blocked. If there was a warthog on the map and you avoided the bumps, you could reach insane speeds because of the huge amount of space to travel without taking sharp turns.

Okay maybe I can't hate on you without being a hypocrite.

Who didn't love breaking maps? I loved breaking maps. I long time ago, I used to help out forgers with their maps. They'd tell me what the map was about and based around, and what they didn't want to happen. So I looked over every section, every weapon, every powerup location and every timer, and broke their maps for them until they made them unbreakable.

Plus, it was always fun to do in infection. Sometimes you'd get shitty hosts that just camped in a cheap area of the map with their buddies, so, for the glory of the zombie unions me and co. broke the fuck out of everything and knocked them off and outta their thrones. Then were booted because mad.

Holy shit was the rage ever real in those days.

You are the reason why babies cry.

Me and my friends used to make bets to see how fast I could get booted, or if I would get booted. I knew a lot of damn tricks back in the day.

Take trash compactor for instance. When I was the fat kid, instead of throwing trip mines down the hole or sending a dumpster down that passed through every Australian kid unscathed, I did the trip mine glitch. You could spam equipment super fast, and when you had enough trip mines on the map, the entire map reset to a blank state. Easy win for fatty. Sky Castle was hilarious to do it on too.

How about one of the many journey maps on foundry? I knew just the right angle to jump against the starting windows that were sometimes left there, and by the time the players got to the end fat kid was already waiting for them.

You remember a lot of those hide or die maps? You'd hole up in a bunch of houses with weapons while zombies tried to smash through doors? I'd pick the smallest house with one door, and hole up with smgs, plasma rifles, or spikers. Most infection matches had unlimited ammo, so what that meant is if you timed your reloads you could have a never ending stream of bullets/plasma.

And, on some cases where fatkid could drive vehicles, the hosts made mistakes to how much they could drive. I'd get on a turret, break it off, and proceed up 4 levels without incident.

Me and co. found a way to break out of the old stargate map on foundry, making us easily uncatchable from the fat kid and a pain in the ass to the zombies who were spawning. Found a way to break in as the fat kid without using the teleport too.

And those convoy maps on sandtrap or sandbox always caused some rage.

I hope to god I can experience all of this again in glorious HD 1080p when the time comes.

Does anybody remember Castle on Standoff?

You'd all start out by a bunch of warthogs and mongooses, and drive acros the map where you would go up a ramp to a floating base and hole up there. On some varients there were banshees and gauss cannons on the castle and it was a fucking huge scramble to get up the ramp before anybody else.

I remember getting booted from matches so much because I either gravity hammer jumped as the fat kid towards the warthogs and wiped out like half the players early or I hammer jumped as an agile zombie up to the castle and killed people.

Good times. Loved Castle on Avalanche too.
