No. It's snowing outside.
Ew, go back to Russia you dirty Commie.
I can't hear you over the sweet sound of free healthcare and a low priority nuke target province. You'll have to speak a little louder so the soundwaves can penetrate through all the fat on your end.

Never have I set foot in America. Maybe one day I will, maybe not. On the bright side I live in a place that's not as much of a nuke target.

It would appear to barely have dialogue too.
So much monotone and no emotion.
Plot twist: All those robots you see throughout the game with monotone voices are actually Skynet waiting to make it's move.

When I played the demo, *cough* Beta, I wasn't dissappointed. On it's own, it's a relatively solid game. Good for jumping in with friends and having some fun. It obviously has it's flaws, but honestly, with the way Bungle's been going down for a while now, this was an easy to see outcome to things.
It's not the second coming of jesus. But, on it's own when you have some friends to jump in with, it's fun. And, as always, Bungie hasn't lost their touch with creating environments and wonderful skyboxes to look at, even if they've gone and lost everything else and gone corporate Skynet drone on us.

"And when I look back through the years, as I've grown and changed, I see a face I no longer recognize. The person that was me just a few years ago is long gone. A far shadow of what I used to be. But when I ponder the changes, and I look back things, have I changed for the better?"

"Sir, our problem isn't so simple. It twists and winds through the coding, long like a snake. It'll take time to follow the trail all the way to the end to fix things, because there's a lot of smaller problems that branch off along the way, like legs you'd say, pulling the error along further. Almost as if...... it were a centipede."

The Gentle Giant
With masses and masses of porn in folders.
S'not all porn. At this point I've got a collection of music that's basically one of a kind too that rivals everything else for size. And of course all the other crap that I save along the way is around somewhere as well.

Dude, I've been down in the dumps for a month now since fall rolled in. The only fucking piece of good news I've had in over month came and visited me today in the form of a critter I managed to save.
I suspect this will be the one and only piece of non depressing shit news I'll be receiving for a while.
At least we turn into stars when we die
That does not console me. I'll worry about what roads to cross when death shows up. But I don't actively seek it nor what awaits.

I have a plan for such things in case I'm ever in such a scenario. When you have a disease like or infection like that, time is of the essence. Some people have outlived their death dates, but I wouldn't ever count on something like that.
So, as much as I would enjoy to spend whatever time I had left with friends and family, I would do otherwise. I'd take my motorhome, roll on out to the tar sands or the oil rigs, and get work there. They are incredibly horrible jobs, but they pay handsomely.
My entire life is devoted to making sure I can keep things stable with my family and ensure they have a brighter future. And to do that, I'd need money. So, if I knew for sure that my time was up, that's exactly what I'd do. My life and whatever happiness there was to be had would be forfiet, and therefore the highest priority would be to do what I could with the time that I had left for those around me.

I think the only blood I've ever donated was to the concrete or the earth. Even then, maybe I wouldn't call it a donation. As a matter of fact, I wonder if the wee little town hospital has such things available....

Well, off I go. Here's hoping the wee bugger makes it.
Did you save it!??! The suspense is real!
I called the docs up this morning. He's in better condition than yesterday. Not dehydrated anymore but he's not eating on his own yet. More energy to move around than yesterday. I'm going to call them up later in the afternoon and see how he's doing.
But as it stands, IT'S ALIVE!
Yes!!!!
The vets where skeptical, because as I may have said earlier, if that cat had stayed out there for another day or two, it would have been dead. But I know otherwise. For a cat as sick as he is, when he was on the table at the vets, I made the mistake of leaning down to say howdy to him after we cleaned out his eyes, and the first thing he did was climb up my arm and sit on my shoulder.
For a cat so sick with multiple infections, dehydrated and potentially starving, doing that means that he's a sturdy little bugger. Knew he'd come through.
If/when he pulls through are you going to keep him? c:
I don't know anybody around that takes care of cats as much as we do. So chances are he'll end up with me or another member of the family.
