Because who the fuck doesn't like reptillian-esque lifeforms with boobs right?

Mars, and perhaps by extension, a few moons with the possibility of oceans beneath their ice, are the only chances we really have. But Venus is out of the question. It's atmosphere is both toxic, acidic, and dense like an ocean.

The probes that they sent that made the journey and survived either melted from the heat and extreme corrosion in the clouds, or were crushed before they even hit the surface. Because of how thick it's atmosphere is, that means it's denser than ours, and the closer you get to the surface, the more oceans worht of weight you have sitting on top of you.

Venus will likely never be set foot upon by us, any time soon.

Damn, Fixer was fucking awesome.

Supers were tougher than Droidikas though, which was a fucking bitch. I could feel my anxiety rising whenever those fuckers'd come out.

I can see it now. Do you remember  the ones that had only rocket arms? Walking fucking tanks those fuckers were.

Oh God, just all of the Kashyyyk missions.

Fighting alongside Wookiees? Who wouldn't love it.

But that fucking bridge though. Holy shit that was a crazy run wasn't it?
Goddamn, is that the one where you have to blow it up but the bombs are duds or something like that?

Fuck, I need to play it again; it's been years. Good job I have it on steam ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Yeppers. So you've got to hold it against fucking supers and droidekas up the ass from multiple directions. I remember being the second last squad member up, and I was going apeshit on a turret while fixer was being a fucking champ and trying to help everybody up.

Have some Geonosis tunes.

Tell me you remember how bananas the bridge mission on Kasshyyk was.

This is the official republic commando nostalgia thread by the way.

Silly Gatsby, men are all unrefined sexual beasts that can't control their baser urges and would beat a woman no sooner than they would forcibly intrude themselves upon them at the slightest hint of skin. We all know that women's tastes are refined and superior!

Gaming / Re: Is Jack a variable or a constant?
« on: September 14, 2014, 10:08:04 AM »
Isn't it funny, how the silent protagonist works? Now that you mention it.

We played all through the first Bioshock, and our main character never once said a word. And, through hints that a lot of people missed, our silent protagonist gained a name. Jack. Simple, and common, with nothing remarkable about it. There were a few moments in Bioshock 2 where splicers could be seen or heard, talking about Jack.

And immidiately upon hearing the name, you missed Jack. Wanted to see him again even though you never once saw his true face. Wanted to know what happened to him, were concerned even. It was like a nostalgia, but different.

Funny, how for some reason, silent characters can have such an attachment to them by their fans without ever saying a word.

I suppose you really could say that actions speak louder than words.

Serious / Re: Germany officially bans ISIS
« on: September 14, 2014, 02:07:45 AM »
Ridiculous. Any country that doesn't allow complete freedom of nonviolent expression doesn't deserve to be a country.

Just going out on a limb here, anybody doing "non violent" expression who are with the ISIS are completely bullshitting. The group itself is a piece of human garbage if there ever was any, and everything they stand for is backwards and outdated retardation.

Somebody may not be doing anything physically bad by demonstrating non-violently to support the group, but the fact that they're with them means they're as fucked in the head as the ones doing the beheading are, only to a lesser extent.

If anybody wants to get anywhere and make any ground over this issue, you need to put your fucking foot down, and hard. Besides, barring the protests or "non violent expression" might help avert incidents between those demonstrating and those on the street. That being said, it could also push things over and those relatively peaceful demonstrators could tip over from peaceful to a full blown representation of the group they support.

In that case, you could say they were never very peaceful in the first place then.

Store it up. Save it and let it grow.

Then make a big fucking mess in somebody's pencil case.

Actually, no, scratch that. Do it in a co-workers desk.

Ah yes, the dildo generator. The one place across all the internet where it wants people to make/draw dicks and penises, and the internet adamantly refuses.

What is love?

A word that means small human child or offspring, of which I insist that you do not cause mental or physical harm to my well being at the present time, or any other time in the future.

I worked with a woman on a construction crew once. Ooh she had a temper. I always tend to push the line on things and see how far I can bend rules. In this case, I was my usual sarcastic self around her. But she caught on quick enough that I wasn't on her case for anything.

I don't remember anything specific, but I do remember going down some strange roads with my odd sense of humor.

10859
Is there a day, somewhere, that you will always remember because of how good things felt?
Probably not.

I'm really not the sentimental sort.

Righto.

What's your stance on western society in general?

10860
Righto.

What was, without any doubt, the shittiest day of your life thus far?

Not a clue. Probably the day I nearly killed myself, but I don't really have any emotionally heavy moments in my life.

How about the opposite end of the spectrum? Is there a day, somewhere, that you will always remember because of how good things felt?
