I suggest that NSFW content is allowed, but only within spoilers and the proper tag at the thread or post. Also a special section for 18+ content for legal reasons at the registration agreement.
Cheat, man... I don't know. All we need is the ability to mute mods. They can still ban us. They're still mods, but at least we (I) won't get banned for arguing with them.

There should be a way for people to address issues with mods though. There's not much sense in being able to report a mod when they'll just see it themselves.
