My second suggestion is that you should strip Kiyo of mod status. A majority of your users believe it should happen.

You're misinterpreting what I said, by +18 section, I mean a +18 section in the agreement when registering to ensure that people who view and submit adult content are +18, so the forum is not blamed for anyone who is underage looking at NSFW stuff.
That isn't the sole problem that we are apprehensive about implementing such a forum. Namely, it would split the population of the forum, create more problems, and it would be extremely hard to moderate.

That's fine. She seems to be able to watch her mouth now anyway. But I like to make sure of my situation, you understand? If she were stripped of mod status I wouldn't have to care, but if she can remain a mod and keep her mouth shut, that works just as well. In fact it sounds like the beginning of a long and beautiful relationship between I and the the suddenly wiser Kiyo <3
