Considering that PC gaming tends to suck shit through a garden hose, I'd say the conflict is pretty apparent.

It was good on Xbox One. But in the end, it is an inferior version of Quake so you're still better off buying it on PC if you can run it comfortably and don't care about things like achievements and whatnot.
