Sniper Wolf MGS1

I just defeated her but, that boss fight man...and the cut-scene...that hit me really hard. Few games can really get me where I live...but that one did it.

Anybody else get that feeling from it?

I got that feeling from MGS 3 when Eva was talking about the boss. What got me is seeing how broken BB is. He walks into a room with people smiling and clapping because he killed the women who he admired and was a mother figure to him as well. Then after that he goes to her grave to place her gun on it and he gets up and salutes her.

I played that game 15 years ago on PC. The saddest and coolest at the same time. Haven't played it since Twin Snakes. I liked cutscenes better in Twin Snakes even though they were ridiculous.

I thought the dialogue in MGS1 was too ostentatious and over the top, especially at this part.

The game can take itself very seriously (MGS1) when it needs to, that cut-scene is a perfect example, I can't speak on the rest of the games though.
