Shitty v-sync on PS4 causes it to lock at 20fps if it drops a single frame below 30 during cutscenes because of double-buffered v-sync instead of triple-buffered. Gameplay drops to 25fps too.

Unlocked framerate on XB1 causes shitty frame pacing which makes it stutter in both cutscenes and gameplay. And no, just because the framerate is higher =/= better, especially in this case.

So basically, choose between choppy cutscenes with dips to 25ish in gameplay, or a lot stuttering in both cutscenes and gameplay.

I don't understand why they couldn't just do 720p on the Xbox One and 900p on the PS4 with a better framerate and more visual flair.  1080p isn't worth a damn if the game runs like shit.

The core performance is fine. The game just needs some fixes (triple-buffered v-sync instead of double-buffered on PS4 so it doesn't lock at 20fps in cutscenes. XB1 version has no v-sync at all, which is why it stutters).
