Nah. Reach had the best skyboxes, and the whole "color evolving in response to story events" was a nice form of emotive storytelling, but I feel that CE and 4 edge it out on moment to moment art style.

Reach was an abomination that broke canon and was just broken.

It improved the canon, Reach falling in a day was a poor plot device. At least Bungie fixed it and made it all the more awesome :)
