....and holy fuck.

I got the 1tb, and 300GB was eaten up for the initial install. Just....what the fuck.

Also the dashboard is a mess, just as I've heard. It just feels like there's too much shit on there and it feels more like a freaking Windows PC...oh wait, it runs on Windows 8. I forgot.

At least there's MCC to look forward to. :I

yeah win8 is a terrible OS for xbox to use. hardly any indie games either. most of the launch titles are complete ass. minecraft/killer instinct/mcc are the only games on xbone really worth playing i think.

really wish mojang would give me a free key for xbone minecraft. i really dont want to buy it a third time.

Not sure what the 300GB initial install was...you sure it doesn't have come preloaded games...

You get used to the dashboard, it's had many improvements. I'm not worried.

Put in a 2TB in my ps4 a few months ago. Using a little over 300gb so far, and that's mostly games.
I'd look into that 300gb.

As for the 300gb, I think the Advanced Warfare game probably took up a lot of that memory too. It gives me a code to download it, but I bet it's just somewhere locked in the console, already downloaded.

If you're using a tablet or smart phone, then there's nothing wrong with liking it, it's better for that. It's annoying as all hell on a PC/Laptop though, and I can't imagine it being fun on a gaming console either.

I really don't know. I'm going to have CoD downloaded while I'm at work today, and if I come back and see more memory missing, I'm going to be pretty annoyed.
