Whether or not the player is gullible enough to fall for the trap is irrelevant.It's the principle of giving player's the ability to deliberately trick people at all that I despise.
If someone is leaving a message at the egde of something that will very obviously lead to death, then it's not a trick. It's called a sense of humour, something which you completely lack.
The next time someone tells me that they don't like a game that I like, I'm just going to accuse them of sucking at the game. It's obviously the most intelligent way to deal with disagreements.
