What do you do with it?

I'd still work on longevity research, but with longer intermittent periods of writing stories and studying other scientific disciplines.
I'd explore the world progressively, then head to space (if I extended my lifespan enough) and explore the universe.

You retain youth until the last 5% of your overall post count.

I really don't think I'd make it, assuming my body would age at even half that it normally would. It just wouldn't be worth living 10,000 years as an old ass fuck.
