Hmm, while maybe not as dazzling as some other suggestions. I think a classic robotic hand would be a good conversation starter and point of interest. Plus it would work really well with my real name.

That depends on whoever it's made by. Gift from God scenario? Advanced memory would rock, as you've said. Increased reaction time with some mods to the nervous system would be nice but I imagine that would require some ridiculous level of modification. And of course the built in wi fi thing would come in handy as well, but I don't exactly trust that either.
