You're sitting with a stranger

The stranger takes an interest in you and slides over on the bench you're both sitting at. The stranger is pleasant enough, but a little bold. Certainly nothing to be afraid of. The stranger is thin upon closer inspection, pleasant but thin, and you can't help but wonder if they're starving.
The stranger doesn't appear to speak, but waits patiently with an open mouth.
Do you feed it?
