I can't decided if it's just bullshit or not, but I generally feel better when I don't eat gluten. I've already contacted my doctor and will be tested. I have several (if not all) of the symptoms seen with a gluten sensitivity (if not intolerance). I hope I don't have Celiac's disease, but I'm interested in alleviating the mental issues that a gluten sensitivity can cause such as the paranoia, anxiety, and depression.
I know some of you on here have restricted diets, but most are vegetarian/vegan diets.
Is anyone else on here gluten sensitive, and do you have any pointers for a noob who loves bread? lol
