do you enjoy writing?

i'm making slow progress on my history paper but i don't really mind it

i'd do an essay over a presentation/speech any day, i hate speaking but i excel at writing my thoughts and stuff

i'm nothing special but i'd say im above average at it. its not something i'd ever want to really hone beyond plotting and light scripting.

I've found myself jotting down a few haiku as of late, but beyond that the block is real.

Writing is my passion, though. If I could make a career out of it, then that'd be a dream come true.

It’s something that’s interested me but I’ve never really written anything on my own accord since I was young. Maybe if an idea comes to me vividly enough someday, I’ll feel the need to give it a try but elsewise I probably won’t write much ever again after I graduate.

Started a few novels that never really went anywhere. I often find myself asking why someone hasn't made a movie/game/written a book about something that pops in my head but I never have the motivation to create something.

I'm sure you can tell it's sometimes difficult for me to express myself through writing.

Plus my highschool poetry was pretty ass.

Sometime last year, I started coming up and writing my own sci-fi/fantasy universe. I had written around 30 pages which are still on my old computer. I'd work on it from time to time, coming up with different ideas.

Best part of writing a report is when you've finished it up and print it out.

Not "it's great because it's finally over", but I get to admire my hard work physically rather than some word count at the bottom of the screen.
