I honestly couldn't really tell you. I'm a fan of the comic, but I'm not connected to the fandom. I really like the Homestuck characters (well, some of them) and I avoid porn of my liked characters, so I don't know what Homestuck porn's like.
On MLP I know even less. I tried watching it once and it wasn't really interesting to me, so I didn't pick it back up.
I've noticed some differences in the type of condemnation they receive, however. MLP fans are criticized for reasons pertaining to the show and its "target audience" while Homestuck as a web comic is more criticized because of its fanbase than the content therein (from what I've seen).
