Why are we not funding making anime real?

We literally, unironically, have a supercomputer beating soulless supreme grandmaster Koreans in Go, An AI capable of making dank me-mays about Ted Cruze; and you mean to tell me we can't make anime real?

Are you fucking serious? This is an outrage, a fucking crime.

All I want is to hold anime in my hands, is that too much for a man to ask? Is it? IS IT?! This is not a rhetroical question I want someone to TELL ME is it too much to ask?

MAKE. ANIME. REAL.
