Including alcohol and tobacco, I presume? Also, using weed does not make someone inherently bad. This may be anecdotal, but some of the most successful friends I have are currently weed smokers or were weed smokers.

I smoke occasionally, haven't in a long time but these are the reasons I don't/haven't recently.
