you can be super concise and never add anything remotely unnecessary to your sentences by your personal standards, but you're going to be sacrificing some clarity

you can also choose to make your points crystal clear, throwing in a lot of precise and often unnecessary details--but then you're sacrificing concision

adding quotation marks to that sentence was me balancing out concision with clarity
