In an intellectual society, that's fine.

But in our world, I disagree with this. A person feeling down could be brought up with a comment on there appearance. that isn't really the case though. Have you ever thought about the person on the giving end? Maybe they're overwhelmed and needs to express their opinion.

If the person would gain from such a comment, then both win.
