Putting it under the seat is way less efficient than allowing the scent to radiate from a high, central position.

from what i've noticed, there's no difference

especially if you load up every seat with one, rather than having just one dangle in front of your face

them bitches are cheap as shit so i dont mind using a lot


not to mention you want to smell to seep into the carpet rather than float around in the air, which will start to dissipate once you roll down the window
