What's a bully?

These days, children will think anyone is a bully. Like someone walks by you, shoves you once and then never does it again... Bully ALERT!!!!!

I work with children who do that and it drives me up a wall.. Bullies are people who continuously abuse you either physically or mentality.. When they are a dick to you randomly and inconsistently, they are not being a bully.
