this is the marvin show, a south carolina-based public access program. the general theme of the show is the main character, marvin, getting drunk as hell and making "budget" food- this particular episode includes live crabs and some rather unorthodox sushi.

Chesapeake blue crabs, i see.

for people that are on the fence about watching it, he eats his own goldfish, picks fights with the crabs, and uses baby milk for the crab cakes.
