Yes, but I don't think it should have dropped so quickly, considering I was on a 40% ban on friday and the ban is supposed to drop by 5% per day.
I believe it drops by 10% per day now <.<

Slow it, so it takes longer to be unbanned, so I do not have to wake up to Elegiac threads.

Slowing the rate would decrease the % of warning issued, so really people would only be banned for the same number of days.
