I'll drink like 5-8 glasses of water a day with juice for lunch/dinner.

I'll drink soda only a couple times a week. Depends on what I'm eating.

I don't really get what he's asking here, so I just said what I drink the most throughout my days.

Fizzy drinks are treats and I rarely have them, because they're not healthy.

Green tea, to be exact as well.

the main reason you'd not drink soda is to avoid the caffeine

tea still has caffeine, generally

Ah well, I don't really avoid caffeine and the amount in tea isn't really that noticeable for me.

I don't drink fizzy pop because it's like chugging a brick of tate & lyle's along with the wonderful additives. Afaik the sugar is far more damaging to long term health than the caffeine, energy drinks aside of course - that shit is just wrong.

i drink soda mainly on weekends, few times on weekdays. but i do drink water to save an extra couple of bucks on my meals when i eat outside

I quit drinking soda 3 years ago cold turkey. Been drinking 100+ ounces of water daily since.
