Either way, most of the staff team has agreed to giving the Monitor-Ninjas this chance to prove themselves. They're all new to doing this, so of course it'll be bumpy over the next day or so. They are doing well enough - just need to get their confidence in making decisions without coming to the rest of us every time.

And Cheat didn't let her go the numerous occasions she should have been, which ended in a crescendo of shitflinging and flames.

I don't think changing the staff frequently is a good thing, but not changing it at all just because you're "comfortable" when things need to be changed, just ends badly.

Which is perfectly reasonable and I don't begrudge anyone for it.

But leave them around for too long and of course they'll get used to it and start performing fine.
And at that point it'll be too late to say "sorry, but I'm axing you" without massive butthurt.

Maybe it's because there's three of them rather than one or two with a proper staff compliment.
But there was never the sort of... I don't want to say "backlash", but that's what I'm getting at, at a new mod before. Neither was there a lot of silly and bad desicion making in such a short timescale.
At least, not since Psy and LC joined the mods.

It a rather happy looking chap
